The European Patent Office will adjust the patent annuity fee schedule effective 1 April 2022.

To ensure sufficient processing time for IPFEE's annuity payment operations:
IPFEE will update the European Patent annuity fees in the system simultaneously on 16 March 2022.
For annuity payments submitted before 13 March 2022, IPFEE will process the payment based on the current official fee schedule.
Payments submitted on or after 13 March 2022 will be processed using the new fee schedule shown below.
