The Canadian Intellectual Property Office has announced an adjustment to patent annuity fee standards, effective 01 January 2021.

This adjustment applies only to annuity years with official fees of CAD 150 or higher.

To allow sufficient processing time and ensure IPFEE members’ rights and interests, IPFEE will align its Canadian patent annuity fee estimates with the official revision effective 21 December 2020.
For Canadian patent annuity orders submitted through IPFEE on or after 21 December 2020, the revised fee schedule below will apply.
