United Kingdom Patent Annuity Fee Adjustment 2026
The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) has recently announced an adjustment to official patent fees, which will take effect on 1 April 2026.
※ To allow sufficient processing time and to safeguard the interests of IPFEE Patent Network members, the official patent annuity fees for UK patents on the IPFEE Patent Network are scheduled to be adjusted accordingly on 23 March 2026.
Orders placed through the IPFEE Patent Network for UK patent annuity payments on or after 23 March 2026 will be processed under the updated official fee schedule.
