The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) has recently announced an adjustment to official patent fees, which will take effect on 01 March 2027.

※ To allow sufficient processing time and to safeguard the interests of IPFEE Patent Network members, the official patent annuity fees for Swiss patents on the IPFEE Patent Network are scheduled to be adjusted accordingly on 15 February 2027.

Orders placed through the IPFEE Patent Network for Swiss patent annuity payments on or after 15 February 2027 will be processed under the updated official fee schedule.
