Canada Patent Annuity Fee Adjustment

The Canada Patent Office will adjust the patent annuity fee schedule effective 1 JANUARY 2026.
※To ensure sufficient processing time for IPFEE's annuity payment operations:
IPFEE will update the European Patent annuity fees in the system simultaneously on 16 DECEMBER 2025.
Payments submitted on or after 16 DECEMBER 2025 will be processed using the new fee schedule shown below.
