The Australian Patent Office has announced an adjustment to its patent fee schedule, which took effect on 1 October 2020.

※ To ensure sufficient processing time and safeguard the interests of IPFEE members, the Australian patent maintenance fee schedule adopted by IPFEE will be adjusted accordingly on 21 September 2020.
For any Australian patent maintenance fee orders submitted through IPFEE on or after 21 September 2020, the new fee schedule below will apply.
