    ※ For Australian Patents (annuity years 1–3), Utilities (1st annuity year), and Designs (annuity years 1–5), IPFEE does not undertake annuity payment services.

    ※ Where the Client has instructed IPFEE to process the annuity payment, and the payment has not yet been transmitted to the designated national patent authority, any subsequent adjustment by such authority to the official fee or applicable exchange rate shall be handled in accordance with the IPFEE Service Terms. Any resulting shortfall or additional amount shall be borne and settled by the Client.
